Drug Intoxication

Actor Michael K. Williams died of acute drug intoxication, in what the NYC medical examiner called an accidental death. Williams, who played Omar Little on “The Wire,” had fentanyl, heroin and other drugs in his system when he died Sept. 6 in Brooklyn.
