Nollywood actress, Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde, has taken to social media to celebrate her husband, Matthew Ekeinde, on the occasion of their 25th wedding anniversary.

The movie star penned a terse note accompanied by a loved-up photo of the couple on Tuesday to celebrate their anniversary.

“25 years Strong! Happy marriage anniversary to us,” she wrote.

Omotola also celebrated her husband on the occasion which happens to be his birthday in a separate post.

The actress showered encomiums on Matthew, describing him as a “rare kind of man who needs to be studied.”

“Happy birthday to a rare kind of man. You need to be studied. Your type is probably one in a century. Live long king! Love you forever my captain,” she wrote.

Omotola and Matthew got married in 1996. The marriage has been blessed with four children namely Princess, M.J, Meraiah and Michael.

In April last year, Omotola had hailed Matthew, who is a pilot, on the occasion of World Pilots’ Day with a lovely note.

“To One of the best pilots Africa has produced, your passengers have attested to you having the smoothest landing ever. A cordial, jovial pilot, and extremely reliable training captain,” she had written.

“And to all the pilots out there, who we totally rely on to bring us safely to the ground when we fly, Thank you! I feel the safest when you’re the one flying me.”
